Entries open today for the 2026 Tech Hotlist, showcasing technology innovations and innovators shaking up the business travel sector.
The annual list from The Business Travel Magazine recognises the best technology providers, products and initiatives in corporate travel.
Now in its sixth year, the hotlist is free to enter and is open to organisations from across the industry.
In previous years, the list has included long-established players and some who are completely new to the industry.
Successful entries have come from online booking tools, customer service platforms, accommodation and ground transport specialists, digital wallets and more.
Entries must be submitted by midday on Friday July 24th 2026.
The list will be published in the next issue of The Business Travel Magazine, out in early September, and also on thebusinesstravelmag.com.
It will also be shared widely via the magazine’s weekly newsletter and on social media.
Individuals, companies or organisations can self-nominate, or submissions can come from industry partners or clients.
“Since launching in 2021, awareness of the Tech Hotlist has grown each year and being included has become a real stamp of excellence,” said Bev Fearis, Editor of The Business Travel Magazine.
“Companies who have been featured in previous years have told us what a difference it can make to their business, establishing them as key innovators in business travel technology and introducing them to new clients and new geographic regions.
“The pace of tech development is quickening every year and we can’t wait to see what’s new and exciting this year in this highly-competitive sector.”
The entry process requires a short written summary (maximum 250 words) and the submission of a video of no more than five minutes demonstrating the tech innovation and its impact on corporate travel.
Please email hotlist@bmipublishing.co.uk for more information about how to enter.
