Paula Cullen has joined Black Box Partnerships as an Associate for Growth & Sustainability.
Cullen has 30 years’ experience in sales and marketing, most recently as Director of Sales and Distribution for apartment group Native where she shaped the company’s B2B proposition, defined their revenue management strategy, expanded their distribution channels and launched their sustainability programme.
Before joining Native, Paula held director level positions in the travel management and helped build and launch the BTA’s Industry Partner Board and is a past chair. She also held a seat on the BTA’s Executive Board for a number of years.
Cullen said: “I’m absolutely delighted to be joining Black Box. The team have such a strong and credible market reputation. We share the same ethos and place enormous value on our personal integrity.
“The industry has been through immense pain throughout the pandemic and as the market rebuilds there will be both challenges and opportunities. Now is the time to rethink sales propositions, challenge traditional commercial models and focus on building sustainable and resilient businesses.
