Patrick Borg Hedley has been appointed as General Manager Sales for Lufthansa Group in UK, Ireland and Iceland. His new role, which will be based in London, will encompass commercial and sales activities for all the group’s carriers. Hedley He previously held leadership positions in Yemen, Cyprus, the UAE and Portugal and succeeds Frank Wagner, who has relocated to Berlin.

Emburse has named Mark Riggs as Chief Customer Officer. He will be in charge of Emburse’s customer journey from acquisition to retention. Riggs will “build and strengthen” client relationships across more than 20,000 organisations.

Brian Tsoi is the new Regional General Manager – Europe at Cathay Pacific. He succeeds Kinto Chan, who will move to a new Cathay role in Hong Kong. Tsoi previously held the role of Area Manager – Northern Europe, with responsibilities in Germany, Switzerland and the Netherlands. Tsoi is looking to enhance Cathay’s “presence in the market” and connect “major European cities with our hub in Hong Kong and the wider Asia Pacific”.
