Inntel has become a certified B Corp, joining over 8,000 businesses worldwide.
The independent business travel, meetings and events company is one of the first TMCs in the UK to receive the certification.
Verified by B Lab, B Corps have to meet the highest standards of social and environmental performance, legal accountability and transparency.
To certify, a company must demonstrate high social and environmental performance by passing a rigorous B Impact Assessment (BIA). This measures a business’s impact in five areas: governance, workers, customers, community and the environment.
Inntel scored 94.3 on its BIA – above the 80 point pass mark – and scored highly in the area of governance, showing its commitment to ethics and transparency.
