Domo, the AI and data products platform, has been appointed as a strategic AI and data partner for members of the Advantage Travel Partnership.
Domo’s platform integrates advanced analytics, intuitive dashboards, and AI-powered workflow automation, integrating GDS, OBT, back-office and finance systems into a single environment.
AI agents help automate routine processes such as reporting, data reconciliation, and operational workflows, freeing up agents to focus on other areas of their business.
“By combining powerful business intelligence with intelligent workflow automation, we are helping our members reduce manual workload, minimise errors, and equip their teams with the insights needed to make smarter, faster decisions,” said Andrea Caulfield-Smith, Managing Director Global Business Travel at Advantage Travel Partnership.
Claudia Lewis, Travel Sector Lead EMEA and Account Executive at Domo, added: “Working with Advantage and their members will make Domo available to one of the UK’s largest networks of agents and travel management companies.
“For these businesses, the opportunity is not just to manage operations more efficiently, but to use trusted data and AI to automate routine processes, improve commercial decision-making, and deliver better outcomes for their clients.”
Advantage Travel Partnership has also partnered with Rydoo, a platform designed to simplify travel and expense management.
The mobile-first solution automates receipt capture, expense reporting and approvals to help businesses control policy compliance.
Sebastien Marchon, CEO of Rydoo, commented: “Organisations, particularly those scaling quickly and operating across multiple regions, are increasingly seeking to simplify their expense processes in order to save time and money for companies and their employees.
“This partnership creates a one-stop shop, offering users greater control and visibility over travel expenses, faster reimbursement and making business travel overall simpler, easier and more efficient.
“This leaves travellers with time to focus on the strategic objectives of their trip, instead of spending hours on expense reports on the flight home.”
Caulfield-Smith said: “Integrated travel and expense is now an expectation. With an intuitive, scalable, and easy-to-deploy solution like Rydoo, our members will be able to improve the customer experience, reduce friction during travel and open a new, high-impact channel for engagement and ancillaries.”
She said other key technology partnerships are in the pipeline, particularly relating to payments.
