BCD Travel has announced that Michèle Lawley will become its President Europe at the end of August.
Lawley, currently Senior Vice President Europe for the TMC, is based in London and will report to BCD President and CEO John Snyder as a member of his global executive team.
“Michèle has been a driving force for many years in our commitment to driving innovation in our clients’ programs and efficiency within our own organisation,” said Snyder.
“I’m delighted to welcome her to BCD’s global executive team and I’m confident that our diverse, complex European region will thrive under her leadership.”
Lawley takes over the role from current European President Mike Walley, who is leaving the position in order to take on new responsibilities as member of the STAK [stichting administratiekantoor] Board of Boron, the family company of John Fentener van Vlissingen, founder of the BCD Group.
Walley will remain in his role as President of BCD Media & Entertainment.
