The relaunch follows similar projects at the airline’s lounge in Johannesburg, New York JFK and San Francisco airports.
In Geneva, the new larger lounge includes a lobby bar, peaceful seating area, new catering and a craft beer room in partnership with BrewDog.
Occupying 327 square metres, the lounge is laid out with designated areas to meet different customer needs, ranging from a lively lobby bar to a relaxed seating area.
Carolina Martinoli, British Airways’ Director of Brand and Customer Experience, says: “Every detail has been carefully considered and we’ve created a space to meet our customers’ needs – whether they want to relax with a hot meal, enjoy a drink at the lobby bar or explore some craft ales, the new lounge is guaranteed to please pre-flight.”
The airline has recently re-opened a lounge in Johannesburg and has also has completed the renovation of its First and Club lounges lounge in New York’s JFK Terminal 7 this year.
Next in the pipeline is the unveiling of a new lounge in San Francisco.
