Radius Travel adds two new partners

Radius Travel has kicked off the year by welcoming two new partners into its global agency network: the UK's Travel and Transport Statesman and Switzerland's Kuoni Business Travel.

Founded in 1975, London-based Statesman was acquired by Travel and Transport in 2017 and subsequently rebranded. The American TMC’s next acquisition – in October last year – was Radius itself, of which it was a founding member.

“By joining the Radius Travel network of world-class agencies, Travel and Transport Statesman will have immediate access to a credible, dynamic, and growing international network of travel management companies,” says Mervyn Williamson, Managing Director, Travel and Transport Statesman.

“We are looking forward to positioning this global model with our multinational customers.”

The Radius network comprises over 100 agencies worldwide – including Clarity, Gray Dawes and Inntel in the UK – and manages more than $30 billion of annual corporate travel spending.

“We’re excited to welcome both of these highly-qualified travel management companies to our agency network,” says Kieran Hartwell, President of Radius Travel.

“In many of our global markets, Radius operates with multiple agency partners, which encourages diversity in our product offering and provides our clients a truly global, personalised program.

“Both agencies, as with all our existing and new agency members, meets Radius Travel’s high standards for membership and have passed our standardised due diligence process to become members,” adds Hartwell.
