Wizz Air expands WIZZ Class

Wizz Air is expanding WIZZ Class across its entire network following a successful trial period at six bases.

The initiative was initially introduced on selected flights to and from London Luton, London Gatwick, Budapest, Bucharest Otopeni, Warsaw and Rome Fiumicino.

The airline said the uptake exceeded expectations on these services and it was now being rolled out across all of its routes.

With WIZZ Class, passengers enjoy a reserved empty middle seat in the first row (1B and 1E), which also has additional legroom, providing extra personal space and a more comfortable place to relax or work.

WIZZ Class can be purchased as an add-on during the booking process when selecting Smart or Plus bundles, which already include priority boarding and a 10 kg carry-on suitcase.

In addition to the reserved middle seat, WIZZ Class customers receive a complimentary non-alcoholic drink and snack.

Silvia Mosquera, Commercial Officer at Wizz Air, said: “Even with the limited initial rollout, demand exceeded our expectations. That’s why we’re now extending WIZZ Class across the network, giving more customers access to additional room and convenience while staying true to our efficient single‑class model.”
