Virgin Atlantic is launching The AIR-mazing Awards, the UK’s long haul airline trade awards ceremony, taking place on December 10 2025.

The event, which will reward trade partners who have “truly gone the extra mile” will take place at the Hotel DeVere Beaumont Estate, Windsor.

For frontline agents from across the TMC, leisure and specialist sectors, it will be a full-day experience, kicking off with the AIR-mazing Marketplace, a space for agents and suppliers to connect, share insights, and strengthen commercial partnerships.

Virgin Atlantic is then promising an “awards show unlike anything the UK trade has seen before” during a black-tie gala dinner.
