TripActions has launched a new solution to help its clients manage small meetings and events.
Called Team Travel, it allows companies to organise and customise meetings and events with just a few clicks, by selecting a destination, dates, participants, preferred hotels, payment methods and more, and taking into consideration Covid-19 destination data, carbon emissions, country restrictions and health guidelines.
Event organisers can configure events and invite participants directly from an event creation page, notifying and guiding travellers about Covid restrictions, visa requirements and health procedures.
Meanwhile, AI algorithms help companies estimate the overall event travel cost “with a high level of accuracy”.

The launch comes as TripActions reported a 31% increase in bookings from April to May, signalling a return to business travel.
