Travel Counsellors For Business has appointed Wayne Durkin as its new Head of Business Development.
He has moved from Corporate Travel Management UK, where he was Director of Business Development. Durkin has over 25 years’ travel industry experience, having focused on business development and the small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) market.
His career includes roles at TMCs such as Clyde Travel Management, Good Travel Management and Meon Valley Travel.
In his new Travel Counsellors role, Durkin will be driving key areas of corporate growth. He will oversee new client acquisition targets while nurturing and expanding the business development team to support the corporate growth strategy.
