Synergy Global Housing has opened a 41-unit property in The City of London as part of its plans to operate in key European gateway cities.
Located on Lovat Lane, close to London Bridge, Monument and Bank, the accommodation is a mix of studios, one and two-bedroom apartments, some with balconies or patios.
The new location is the result of a 10-year agreement with City Apartments Ltd, owners and operators of fully-serviced accommodation across London’s financial district. The deal will see the pair share the building and operating costs equally.

Synergy already has serviced apartments in London’s Camden district and two locations in Dublin.
President, International, Stephen Hanton, said: “Over the last six months, we have leveraged our robust commercial position to develop innovative partnerships with property owners and accommodation providers. This has allowed us to expand our UK and Ireland footprint and is a new model for industry cooperation.

“In the next five years, we plan to continue this rapid pace of development through further creative partnerships with like-minded accommodation providers which will enable us to open further optimal locations in other key European gateway cities.”
