Synergy Global Housing has announced a series of appointments to support its expansion across the Central US region and is moving its headquarters from California to Texas.
Aaron Turner has been named Chief Technology Officer. He will be spearheading the release of Synergy’s booking and reporting platform, which is slated for early this year.
The new tool is designed to enhance and optimise end-to-end experiences for business travellers, assignees, travel managers, travel administrators and mobility managers.
Three associates have also joined the team in Texas. They are Business Development Directors Renee Seibert-Ottley, who is based in Austin, and Jennifer Binder, who is located in Houston. Richard Franco, who opened the market, is the now Director of Operations for the Central US.
As part of a strategy to better serve extended stay business travel across the country, the serviced apartment provider’s corporate headquarters in San Ramon, California, will be relocating to Houston, Texas, by Q2.
Other changes include the promotions of Eunice Chu to Chief Financial Officer; Claire Barrie to the role of EVP, Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain; Cara Lingle to VP, Supply Chain and US Sales; Mary Corrales to the role of Senior Director, Business Development and Paula Millard to Regional Director, Operations.

“While the headquarters are moving, our commitment to California continues and will remain intact as we expand our area of coverage across the US. We will aways maintain robust operations in the home of our roots including San Francisco, San Diego, Los Angeles and Seattle.”
