Synergy Global Housing has revealed the first eight furnished apartment operators to receive the certification for ‘Accommodation Excellence’ from Bureau Veritas.
The independent agency has provided an unbiased audit of select Synergy top supplier partners based on their adherence to industry standards of product consistency and delivery of above average guest experience.
This includes criteria such as credit checks and maintaining the appropriate licences needed to operate.
Recipients of the Accommodation Excellence certification are:

- CWS Corporate Housing
- Little Tai Hang
- Radius Real Estate
- STAY Camden
- Suite Home Corporate Housing
- The Ascott Limited
