stayAPT Suites has signed a franchise agreement with Destiny Partners to bring five new stayAPT Suites to locations across Pennsylvania.
With openings in Lancaster, Reading, York, Bethlehem and Allentown, the company is on track to reach 40 locations by the end of March 2025.
stayAPT Suites offers an alternative to traditional hotel rooms with spacious apartment-style suites designed for any length of stay.
Each suite offers guests a full-sized kitchen with full-sized appliances, dedicated living room and separate bedrooms.
Construction on the 88-room property in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, will start in Spring 2025. The hotel will feature 94 rooms in a four-storey prototype, showcasing the brand’s signature design.
Gary A. DeLapp, President and CEO of stayAPT Suites, said: “Our partnership with Destiny Partners marks a significant milestone in stayAPT Suites’ rapid expansion across the US. This agreement not only further strengthens our national presence but also expands the brand’s footprint further north into Pennsylvania.
“These new locations will provide travellers with the distinct comfort of a full-size living space – complete with a full kitchen, dedicated living room and separate bedroom – offering the consistency of a hotel with the liveability of an apartment.”
