Spotnana has partnered with Premier Inn to provide the travel management company (TMC) partners full access to the popular hotel chain’s portfolio of 900 plus hotels all around the UK, Germany and Ireland.
The digital integration service includes flexible rates, self-service modifications and travel ancillaries.
In connecting to Premier Inn’s latest software infrastructure, TMCs will be able to offer corporate clients rate deals and non-flex saver options. Travel agents will be able to manage global servicing requests via Spontana’s agent desktop.
Travellers themselves gain self-service functions including exchanges and cancellations.

Other benefits for travellers include ancillary purchases, such as payment for breakfast, within the existing booking workflow. The system will also provide detailed imagery so as to ensure transparent view of rooms.
TMC partners working with Spontana will be able to access Premier Inn content via configurable controls within Spotnana Cloud for TMCs.
