SilverDoor completes Synergy Global Housing’s integration

Synergy Global Housing’s merger with SilverDoor is complete. The combined business operates under the SilverDoor brand.

Since the announcement of the merger in August 2025, SilverDoor has built a unified leadership team, consolidated the companies’ technology platforms and brought together the two global businesses’ operational infrastructure.

The combined SilverDoor business now employs more than 400 people across 14 offices.

Synergy’s founders, Henry Luebbert and Jack Jensky retired in December. Martin Klima is the SilverDoor Chief Operating Officer, Claire Barrie is Chief Commercial Officer and Leslie O’Brien the Chief Product Officer.

Stuart Winstone, Chief Executive Officer of SilverDoor, said: “Seven months ago, we made a commitment to our clients, our teams and our partners that this integration would be done properly and done quickly. I’m proud to say we’ve delivered on both.

“Keeping our clients and partners at the centre of every decision we made was non-negotiable, and the combined business is stronger for it. To have achieved that while bringing together two organisations across 14 countries, in just seven months, is something I don’t think many people thought was possible. It is entirely down to the people on both sides who made it happen.”

Plans exist for SilverDoor to expand in 2026, with new or upgraded offices in cities including Shanghai, San Francisco and Seattle. The company plans to grow its presence in the Gulf and APAC regions.

In May, Synergy by SilverDoor will be introduced. The curated collection of professionally managed apartments led by Leslie O’Brien, will initially be available across the US, Ireland and the UK.
