Entries are now open for the 2026 Sustainability Movers & Shakers, the annual list of ones to watch in the business travel sustainability space.

Running since 2022, the list shines a spotlight on the initiatives and innovations having the biggest impact on making business travel, meetings and events more sustainable.

This year’s Movers & Shakers will be featured in the summer issue of The Business Travel Magazine, due to be published in early June, and also on thebusinesstravelmag.com and shared widely on social media.

The deadline for entries is April 30 2026.

Nominations are welcome from companies or organisations worldwide in any sector of the industry, including TMCs, airlines, accommodation providers, emissions data and reporting specialists, consultants, booking tools, assessment and certification organisations, ground transport and rail operators.

“By showcasing the work of those who are taking a lead, we hope to encourage more positive action to help drive sustainable business travel,” said Bev Fearis, Editor of The Business Travel Magazine.

“While the industry is making progress, there is still a long road ahead. We are excited to see what this year brings.

“There is no cost to put yourself forward and, as in previous years, we’ve made the entry process as simple as possible to encourage more submissions, so we look forward to hearing from you.”

Initial submissions require a short, written summary of up to 300 words.
