Reed & Mackay buys Italian business

Reed & Mackay has acquired Italian corporate travel and events business, Regent International S.R.L.

Regent International provides personalised corporate travel and events services to over 200 clients across core sectors for Reed & Mackay, including professional services, premium brands, healthcare, technology and media.

Founded 50 years ago as a family business, Regent International has offices in Rome and Milan.  

The move means Reed & Mackay’s wholly-owned footprint now includes the top five European markets for business travel spend. 

It follows strong organic growth for the TMC in Germany and France, as well as the rebrand to Reed & Mackay of its businesses in Spain and Sweden over the last 12 months.

Year-over-year, Reed & Mackay has grown volume (TTV) by 28% and revenue by 24% in mainland Europe.

Giovanni Tiradritto, Founder and Managing Director of Regent International, will continue to lead the Italian business, working closely with Stratford and the wider Reed & Mackay executive team.
