Premier Inn hotels are now available to book directly through new Concur Travel via traditional GDS and SAP Concur’s hotel connector.
It gives bookers more seamless access to 850+ hotels across the UK and Ireland and an additional 60+ in Germany.
Public and corporate negotiated rates are accessible so that businesses can take full advantage of any preferred pricing agreements while ensuring travellers have the flexibility they need.
As well as making bookings more seamless, Concur Travel is now also providing support for bill-back payment functionality.
Previously, when staying at Premier Inn, business travellers were required to provide a personal credit card at check in, even if their company preferred central billing.
Employees no longer need to worry about covering hotel costs upfront, and finance teams can manage payments more efficiently through their TMC partners.
The addition bolsters SAP Concur’s accommodation offering to up to 8 million different accommodation providers.
Thanks to full GDS integration, TMCs can configure payment credentials, allowing organisations to use centralised billing.
