PredictX is enhancing its alerts and notifications capabilities with the launch of Revere, allowing travel managers to better monitor data.
The new functionality uses PredictX’s cogent AI agents, enabling users to create configurable data-driven alerts that flag critical elements of their travel programme.
This includes everything from compliance monitoring and data validity to expense fraud detection.
The feature is accessible via a bell icon within PredictX’s travel and expense analytics platform, as well as DetectX, the company’s expense audit and fraud detection solution.
Revere features an AI-powered alert creation process, using a conversational flow between an AI agent and users.
A user starts with a simple request. For example, “alert me if any expense report for a meal exceeds X amount”, “alert me if ticket spend is 20% above standard deviation on X route”.
The Revere AI agent clarifies the request and asks follow up questions, such as “how frequently should I check these meal expenses” before summarising the alert for approval.
When a user clicks the bell icon they can view their alerts quickly including current processed alerts and configured alert lists of all the alerts they have set up.
Clicking an alert can be configured to trigger a secondary action, such as automatically generating an email or sending a Slack or Teams message.
