Pauline Houston has joined Onyx CenterSource, a provider of B2B payments and business intelligence solutions for the hospitality industry, as Global Head of Sales.
The appointment comes six months after she left serviced apartment specialist SilverDoor to join Reed & Mackay in the newly-created position of Global Managing Director of Reed & Mackay Events.
Houston has also held global leadership roles in sales, supplier management, operations and product development at American Express and CWT.
She currently serves as the Chair of the EMEA Chapter of WINiT and has actively contributed to industry organisations such as ITM, Women in Travel and the GBTA.
In her new role, Houston will lead Onyx CenterSource’s global sales organisation, focusing on “enhancing customer engagement, curating solutions to drive business impact, broadening industry engagement, and driving revenue growth”.
