Park Plaza Hotels has launched an online booking platform for meetings across the UK and Netherlands.
Called Book. It. Easy, the new meeting system will allow business travellers to book a room for up to 100 people. Created to meet the resurgence of in-person collaborations in the workplace, meeting bookers can opt for boardrooms, conference suites or executive lounges.
Highlights include live availability across all rooms and a 360-degree virtual tour. There will be transparency about what the room looks like and the prices available, as well as a safe payment system and instant email confirmation. Every meeting room is 100% carbon neutral at no cost, too.
Bookers can choose to have the meeting added to their calendars, downloaded as a PDF or shared with other guests.
Radisson Rewards planner members can also earn valuable points and enjoy executive benefits.
