Car rental group Enterprise has opened more than 100 new branch locations in 20 countries across Asia Pacific, EMEA and Latin America and the Caribbean over the past 12 months and says more new outlets are planned throughout 2021. In EMEA, Enterprise has added branches in 16 countries, including the UK, Austria, France, Germany, Italy, Lithuania, Saudi Arabia, Spain, Switzerland and Turkey.
Diversity Travel has partnered with Sherpa, the global provider of travel rules and documentation for the travel industry. From today, Diversity clients will be able to use Sherpa’s platform of products and solutions to help give peace of mind when they start to travel again, including up-to-date information on a country’s Covid travel requirements for testing and quarantines.
The BTA has appointed Andrew Clarke as Interim Strategic Director to help steer the strategic direction of the association for 2022 and beyond and help the BTA move from an office-based to a virtual organisation. He will also assist with the BTA’s conference in September. Clarke was most recently Senior Director of Customer Success at Egencia, which is being acquired by American Express GBT.
