Bringing together Synergy Global Housing’s direct-lease expertise and branded portfolio with SilverDoor’s agency infrastructure and technology platform, it is led by Chief Product Officer Leslie O’Brien and CEO Stuart Winstone. The brand has flagship properties in London, Dublin, Silicon Valley and New York. It is targeting growth across major business centres across the US and Europe.

In his new role, he will lead business growth across the region as part of the TMC’s global team supporting multinationals to consolidate their international travel programmes. He commented: “Our energy and professional services clients are typically multinationals with one eye on regional travel and the other on their global travel programmes. It’s vital that we’re good at both, providing local services that keep operations running while giving clients the global visibility and information management they need for duty of care and business efficiency.”

FCM Travel’s new AI-powered conversational booking feature allows travellers to describe what they need and receive options influenced by their policy, profile, past trips, loyalty status and preferred routes. Dramatically cutting the time it takes to book, the feature is part of enhancements to FCM Booking and its ongoing global expansion. FCM’s intelligence layer, Sam, makes the conversational bookings possible. Jess Dunderdale, Global Head of Product, FCM Travel, commented: “Conversational booking only works if travellers trust what they’re being shown, and that trust comes from context, not just convenience. That’s the experience we’re building toward – every recommendation explains itself, so travellers can act on it with confidence, and travel managers see adoption follow as a result.”
