Advantage Travel Partnership has a new apartment provider partnership with Situ, the specialist in sourcing and booking extended stay accommodation. The global partnership will provide Advantage Travel Partnership members with a scalable, supported solution complementing existing hotel programmes. It will also bring round-the-clock support, flexible commercial models and dedicated account management.
Glasgow-based Loganair has appointed Scott Cunningham as Chief Financial Officer. He joins with more than 25 years of experience in finance, previously holding senior positions at InterBulk Group, Iomart Group and across companies in the Clyde Blowers portfolio. He replaces Farrah Malik, who has been interim CFO since September 2025.
Advantage Travel Partnership has unveiled Baroness Manningham-Buller LG, DCB, FRS – formerly the head of the UK’s Security Service and ex-Chair of the Wellcome Trust – as the keynote speaker at the 2026 Advantage Conference in Madrid from May 11 to 14. She will reflect on two decades of leadership across the two organisations, sharing insights on navigating uncertainty, crisis management and leading with humanity. Georgie Barrat will host the conference, whose theme is ‘Powered by People’.
Veezu has expanded into Luton, Dunstable and the surrounding areas following the acquisition of Go Cars. The UK’s largest and fastest-growing private hire technology business is aiming to strengthen local transport networks outside London and deliver smarter, more connected services across the region. The acquisition builds on Veezu’s presence across Cambridgeshire and the east of England. Go Cars operates a fleet of more than 600 vehicles and serves one of the country’s fastest-moving commuter populations. The Veezu app offers a smart travel experience, including real-time vehicle tracking, pre-booking and multiple payment options.
