Navan eyes UK growth as it appoints General Manager

Navan has promoted Jeremy Schneeweiss, who formerly headed up UK sales, to General Manager UK.

In this new role, Schneeweiss will “lead the UK go-to-market strategy and continue to drive Navan’s growth as it eyes a greater share of the UK travel and expense market”.

He will continue to report to Michael Riegel, Navan, CEO, EMEA,

“Jeremy joined Navan five years ago and moved to the UK in 2022 to launch Navan Expense in Europe,” said Riegel.

“He has been an integral part of the UK leadership team since and has been instrumental in delivering phenomenal growth in the UK.

“In the last two years, we have more than tripled our number of UK customers and Jeremy has been critical to this success. There’s no one better placed to lead our next phase of growth in the UK.”

Schneeweiss joined Navan in 2018 as a sales executive in New York, where he advanced to sales director in three years and grew the office to 120 employees.

Following his move to London to spearhead the launch of Navan Expense in Europe, Schneeweiss has helped build the team from 20 employees when he joined to 200 in two years.

This month, Navan will move to a new larger office in Holborn, London.

Alongside tripling its number of UK customers in the last two years, Navan reports a 10-fold increase in the number of customers based in the UK using its expense platform.

Schneeweiss said: “The UK is our second largest market outside of the US, but there’s still plenty of room for growth, and our ambition is to become the number one T&E solution for British companies.”
