Nadia Clinton leaves Delta

Nadia Clinton, Regional Sales Manager UK and Ireland at Delta Air Lines, is stepping down from her role this week after nearly 30 years with the airline.

Clinton joined Delta in 1995 as Country Manager for the UK and Ireland before being promoted to Regional Sales Manager for the region in 2019.

She will leave on January 31 and her responsibilities will be handed over temporarily to Clare Black, Delta General Manager Joint Venture Home Markets.

Clinton said she was leaving with mixed feelings after an ‘unbelievably rewarding career”.

“I’m taking some time to recharge, travel and spend time with family,” she told The Business Travel Magazine.

“I’m thankful for the incredible support and collaboration with the UK and Irish travel industry over the years. It was so inspiring to work with such amazing people. It is the people that make our industry so special. I have enjoyed every minute of my career at Delta but after 30 years it is time to explore new horizons.”

A Delta spokesperson said: “We would like to thank Nadia for all her hard work and contributions over the years and we wish her all the very best and much happiness in this next stage in her life.”
