mysa publishes industry manifesto

mysa, the travel-tech company behind Optimise, has launched an industry manifesto based on a shared vision for a “smarter, more connected accommodation ecosystem”.

“At a time when sourcing is stuck in static cycles, bookings are riddled with friction, and programme reviews come too late to act, mysa’s Manifesto outlines a better approach – one rooted in clarity, collaboration, and confidence for all parties,” it says.

The manifesto calls for:

  • Consistent sourcing structures that evolve across markets and suppliers
  • Clarity in booking flows that reduce friction on both sides
  • Protection of negotiated value across the full lifecycle
  • Adaptable tools that integrate into existing workflows

Informed by the manifesto, mysa has developed an interconnected ecosystem of modules to support location-level spend analysis, dynamic sourcing and supplier inclusion, booking logic that prioritises value and choice – while reducing distribution costs for suppliers – and compliance, auditing, and traveller wellbeing.

It says each module works independently but connects seamlessly, helping the industry move from fragmented tools to functional systems.
