Four sponsors confirmed for Serviced Apartment Business Travel Lunch Forum

Premier Suites, MYSA, Situ and AltoVita have been confirmed as sponsors for a Business Travel Lunch Forum dedicated to helping travel buyers understand and work more closely with the serviced apartment sector.

A fifth sponsor will be confirmed shortly for the event, which will take place on March 23 2023 at The Caledonian Club in London.

Around a dozen carefully-chosen senior travel managers will be invited to attend the event, which will start with welcome drinks followed by a three-course lunch and an informal but in-depth discussion about the serviced apartment industry.

The forum is being timed to coincide with the launch of the print edition of the 2023 Serviced Apartment Guide, which will come out with the March/April edition of The Business Travel Magazine alongside the 2023 TMC Guide.

The digital version of the Serviced Apartment guide will come out later this month (January).

Topics to be discussed at the forum include:

  • How to introduce serviced apartments to a travel programme
  • The latest developments in booking technology
  • How the sector is helping corporates meet their ESG goals
  • What’s new in the apartments sector

The first Business Travel Lunch Forum took place last year on rail sustainability. Following the success of this event, a second rail-focussed forum is planned for later this year, with the date to be confirmed shortly.

A Business Travel Lunch Forum for Air is scheduled to take place on October 16, also at The Caledonian Club.

Suppliers who would like to secure a place as a sponsor and travel managers who want to register their interest in attending any of the forums should contact Publisher Kirsty Hicks at kirsty.hicks@bmipublishing.co.uk
