
Following the launch of My Millennium, the hotel group has now enhanced its central reservation system to accept loyalty programme membership numbers from corporates booking through GDS-based systems.
MHR says the move will help grow its share of the corporate market.
“We have long-standing relationships with our travel management company (TMC) partners and we wanted to provide this enhancement as a step to further strengthen our partnership and grow the share of corporate business by awarding loyalty benefits through this channel,” says Saurabh Prakash, Group VP, Digital Marketing, Loyalty & Distribution.
