The Business Travel Conference
Our annual two-day event in London features an exhibition of around 60 leading travel suppliers and 14 conference sessions. Held every autumn, the event has around 200 delegates vetted by job title to ensure all attendees are genuine travel bookers and managers. Various sponsorship and speaking opportunities available.

Established in 2010 and taking place every September, The Business Travel People Awards recognise outstanding individuals and teams at travel management companies and suppliers from across the industry. The event includes pre- and post-awards drinks receptions and 16 awards categories.
The Business Travel Conference PA nights
These hugely popular informal evening events at central London hotels give suppliers the opportunity to showcase their products and services to 100 PAs and EAs with responsibility for business travel arrangements. Taking place once or twice a year, events feature complimentary food and drink, prize draws and more.

The Business Travel Magazine Dinner Club
A popular thrice-yearly event hosted at top London hotels and featuring up to 45 guests that include senior travel managers and TMC CEOs and MDs.
