Maria Baty has been appointed CEO UK and Europe of boutique global travel management company NousTravel as it makes its move into the UK and European market.
The TMC, which already operates in the US, supports experienced independent travel advisors across the entertainment (film and music touring), luxury leisure travel, media travel and corporate sectors.
Baty, previously Managing Director of ALTOUR and owner of Top Flight Travel Management, has also been appointed co-Founder of NousTravel in recognition of her involvement in shaping the business and its expansion strategy.

NousTravel operates as a host platform for fully independent professionals, allowing advisors to work under their own brand, maintain full autonomy over their business and access bespoke tools and niche programmes.
Advisors are provided with online booking platforms and itinerary builders, CRM systems to manage client relationships, commission tracking and reporting tools and specialist programmes, such as entertainment travel logistics or hotel programmes.
They can also access back-office and operational support, legal and financial frameworks, supplier contracts and preferred partner access, along with the benefits of being part of a global community of experienced advisors for referrals and knowledge-sharing.

Many advisors operate across both leisure and business, depending on their client base and expertise.
There are already NousTravel advisors in the UK and Europe, alongside a strong and growing pipeline of experienced professionals looking to join.
Clients typically require complex itineraries, high-touch, personalised service, discretion and reliability.
