Lufthansa has reinstated services from Birmingham, Edinburgh and Glasgow to Germany.
The airliine’s daily flight between Birmingham and Munich resumed on Monday, with return fares starting from £91.56pp.
Lufthansa’s services from Edinburgh and Glasgow to Frankfurt have also been reintroduced. Between them Scotland’s two leading airports offer 11 weekly services to Frankfurt.
Edinburgh flights – six weekly services (except Tuesday) – start from £110.92pp return, whilst the five weekly services (except Monday and Wednesday) from Glasgow are priced from £97.40pp
In total, 198 weekly flights from across the Lufthansa Group network are operating from six different airports in the UK and Ireland, to nine hubs across Europe.
For those looking for onward travel connection opportunities from Munich International, cities due to be reintroduced to Lufthansa’s schedule on September 7 include Marseille, Gothenburg, Kiev and Sibiu (Romania).
