Key Travel has officially rebranded to Key Travel By Trip.Biz after being acquired by Trip.Biz in September 2025.
Trip.Biz is the business travel unit of Trip.com Group, the parent company of Ctrip, Skyscanner, Qunar and other brands.
Key Travel, which specialises in managing the travel of mission-driven organisations, said the transition reflects its role as the dedicated travel management brand within the wider Trip.Biz global travel ecosystem.
It said Trip.Biz continues to scale its operations, serving the full spectrum of global business travel across Europe and international markets.
Saad Hammad, CEO, Key Travel By Trip.Biz, said: “Our rebrand marks an exciting milestone in Key Travel’s journey, combining our specialist sector heritage and the global backing of Trip.Biz.
“As part of Trip.Biz, the business travel brand of Trip.com Group, we remain deeply committed to the organisations we serve, whose travel enables positive social impact around the world. Powered by Trip.Biz, rooted in purpose: Key Travel’s new branding unites global strength with our enduring mission to move the organisations changing the world.”
Key Travel By Trip.Biz said it will continue to serve organisations where “mission, purpose and social impact” are central to their objectives, including academic, humanitarian, faith-based, charity, NGO and other purpose-led organisations and businesses.
Key Travel is also preparing to launch a new online booking innovation for these clients, using the Trip.Biz online booking tool.
It said the platform is a “clear example” of how Key Travel’s specialist understanding of purpose-led organisations is being strengthened by the technology, scale and investment of the wider Trip.Biz ecosystem.
Tao Song, CEO, Trip.Biz said: “This strategic evolution allows us to provide a truly comprehensive offering. Whether through the tech-forward, high-efficiency approach of Trip.Biz for the corporate market, or the dedicated, specialist expertise of Key Travel By Trip.Biz for purpose-led entities, we are uniquely positioned to address the full breadth of business travel needs.”
