ITM is to survey its members about what they want from the organisation ready for a strategy day later this month.
Speaking at its Autumn Conference last week, ITM Chair Nikki Parsons, Global Director of Travel for Arcadis, urged members to “keep the ideas and feedback coming” to ensure ITM was meeting the needs of its membership.
She said as the industry emerges from the Covid pandemic, it was time to refocus.
“Our challenge is to take a minute to make sure our strategy is aligned with what our members want,” she said.
Just under 500 people attended the conference, which took place at the Royal National Hotel in London’s Russell Square.
At the event, ITM confirmed its 2024 Spring Conference would be held again in Brighton at the same hotel, which has now been rebranded as the DoubleTree by Hilton Brighton Metropole.
The event will take place on April 24-25 and the theme is ’empower’.
