ISON Travel has acquired Screen & Music Travel (SMT), its second acquisition this year.
ISON acquired Excellence based in the US in July and said it was looking to expand in Europe.
Founded by Helen Cannon, ISON has grown significantly in the last few years and also has operations in the Middle east, India and the Philippines.
Screen & Music Travel was founded in 1993 and has offices in Slough, close to London Heathrow. It specialises in managing travel for UK production companies.
SMT Director Colin Doran said: “This is a fantastic opportunity for Screen & Music Travel, enabling us to move into the wider entertainment markets. Screen & Music Travel will continue trading under the same name.
