Business travel and meetings specialist Inntel is embarking on an exciting new chapter with the launch of an ambitious strategic roadmap.
It comes after a period of strong growth, which has seen the B Corp certified company double its turnover and transaction volumes in the last three years.
In 2025, Inntel also expanded its team with a number of key appointments, including Ryan Gray, Director of Business Development, and Stuart Tandy,Head of Bid Management.

For the fifth consecutive year the Essex-based TMC achieved a 98% client retention rate in 2025 and welcomed new clients form a range of sectors, including utilities, construction, finance, professional services, marketing and rail.
It also won 11 industry awards, including Account Management Team of the Year and Travel Technology Innovator at the Business Travel People Awards, and Small TMC of the Year at the Business Travel Awards, the second consecutive year it has been awarded this accolade.
Inntel was one of the first TMCs in the UK to become certified B Corp, achieving the status in September 2024.
To qualify, a company must demonstrate high social and environmental performance by passing a rigorous B Impact Assessment (BIA) across five areas – governance, workers, customers, community and the environment.
Inntel scored 94.3 on its BIA – well above the 80 point pass mark – and scored particularly highly in the area of governance, showing its commitment to ethics and transparency.
Its commitment to employees includes offering them a suite of financial health planning tools, plus pension and electric vehicle car schemes.
