Melia reopens upgraded London hotel

The Melia Kensington hotel in London has now fully opened following a soft launch in December.
Located on Gloucester Road, the boutique hotel underwent a complete refurbishment and rebrand with interiors inspired by the wallpaper designs of William Morris.
Its 76 guestrooms feature complimentary minibars, luxurious linens, flatscreen TVs and laptop-sized safes.
Room categories include single rooms (11m2), superior twins (16m2), deluxe rooms (16m2), premium kings (21m2), family rooms (23m2), junior suites (26m2) and suites (37m2).
Hotel facilities include a business centre, three meeting rooms with capacity for up to 150 people and a gym.
The hotel’s restaurant and bar, SW7, serves Mediterranean and British cuisine and is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Rates start from £190 per night.
The Spanish Melia Hotels group operates more than 350 hotels in 40 countries across a number of brands including Gran Melia, Me by Melia and Innside.
