Hyatt has announced plans for new hotels in Tallinn, Estonia, and in Batumi in the Republic of Georgia.
Hyatt Place Tallinn is expected to open in early 2023 near the Old City Harbour, one of the busiest passenger ports in Europe.
The 168-room hotel will be part of a renewal project of the neighbourhood where The Linnahall, the former sports hall, will be converted into a concert hall and conference centre.
Meanwhile, Hyatt Centric Boulevard Batumi is expected to open in 2025, located at the start of Rustaveli Avenue.
With 180 rooms,14 suites and 550 square metres of event space, the hotel will be on a seafront promenade overlooking Batumi Beach and will form part of the Alliance Centropolis.
