HotelHub’s parent company has been acquired by S4BT, Solutions for Business Travel, a recently-launched European group comprising CDS, Goelett, CRC, TMS, SIAP, Methodica and Trevium.
With the addition of HotelHub, S4BT will now process more than $5 billion in annual hotel booking value (HBV).
The announcement said the acquisition of Travel Centric Technology, the London-headquartered parent company of HotelHub, makes S4BT “the largest global corporate hotel booking powerhouse”.
S4BT launched in 2025 with a mission to serve travel management companies (TMCs), corporate clients and the wider business travel ecosystem as a “single technology partner covering the entire value chain — from booking to payment — across national and international markets”.
The addition of HotelHub extends S4BT’s footprint into the UK and reinforces its reach with large international TMCs.
“Our ambition is clear: to build the most integrated and technologically advanced business travel platform,” said Ziad Minkara, Founder and Group CEO of S4BT.
“The acquisition of HotelHub is a decisive step in that direction. It takes S4BT into a new league, strengthens our position and establishes a solid presence in the UK. This is not an endpoint, but a foundation on which we will continue to invest, integrate and execute.”
Jay Virdee, CEO of HotelHub, added: “Joining S4BT allows HotelHub to accelerate its mission at a new scale. By combining our distribution technology with S4BT’s operational expertise and financial capabilities, we can deliver greater value to TMCs and their corporate clients across the globe.”
With the addition of HotelHub, S4BT now represents eight specialised corporate travel brands, more than 60,000 hotel bookings per day, access to more than 2 million properties worldwide and 700 employees globally, with 50% dedicated to technology and product development.
Built on interoperable platforms and open APIs, S4BT offers TMCs and corporates an alternative to closed, vertically integrated hotel platforms.
It claims its open architecture enables partners to “retain control of distribution, economics and client relationships while accessing global content and advanced transaction capabilities”.
HotelHub’s hotel infrastructure will integrate with S4BT’s booking platforms, payment solutions and electronic invoicing capabilities.
S4BT said its innovation efforts, particularly in AI-driven rate optimisation, automated reconciliation and hotel performance intelligence, are expected to enhance revenue quality and operational efficiency for TMC partners.
HotelHub’s platform is embedded within the workflows of major international TMCs to support complex, high-volume hotel transactions.
