A new international hotel management company, Kinsfolk & Co, has launched in London and has announced plans for three luxury boutique hotels – two in central London and one in Europe.
The first London property will open in Fitzrovia in 2024 and the second in Westminster in 2026.
The privately-owned company is led by Paul Brackley, Founder and Chief Executive Officer, who was previously Managing Director of The Beaumont Hotel, Mayfair (Corbin & King), and General Manager of the Shangri-La at The Shard London.
Brackley said: “We are incredibly fortunate to start a completely fresh company, where we can build a community with a shared vision – be that with our team, our partners or our investors. We believe in the power of hospitality, working together within our wider industry. As a collective force, our company will deliver sustainable returns for all our stakeholders.”
