Greengage Solutions has acquired sustainability consultancy company, Responsible Futures and will absorb it into the Greengage 360 Consulting division.
Sam Cande, founder and CEO of Responsible Futures, joins Greengage as Consultancy Director leading Greengage’s 360 Consulting division, working with organisations to achieve their sustainability goals through expert guidance and support.
The two organisations formed a strategic partnership in March 2024 to help businesses in corporate travel, meetings and hospitality navigate the complexities of sustainability.
Cande said: “Over the past six months, I’ve had the privilege of collaborating closely with Greengage Solutions. Together, we’ve provided sustainability consulting, training and support to our clients, building a partnership based on shared values, mutual respect and trust.
“This collaboration fostered a genuine sense of belonging, and as our relationship deepened, so did my desire to officially join this remarkable company. I am so excited as I start this new chapter, as part of the Greengage team.”

Greengage’s 360 Consulting complements its existing offerings, which include the ECOsmart certification and EVENTsmart carbon measurement for events.
