Grapevine has secured a new partnership with Gant Travel in the US, its third US-based client.
The agreement will see Grapevine supply Gant Travel, which is based on Bloomington, Indiana-based, with its white-labelled technology that proactively retargets travellers with hotel and other ancillary recommendations via email, text, and WhatsApp after an initial flight booking has been made.
It says the rise in attachment rates will help Gant optimise revenue per trip and also ensure traveller bookings remain on-platform and in-policy.
Gant also plans to adopt Grapevine’s new Grapevine Premium product, designed to deliver duty of care, sustainability, and employee wellbeing solutions for corporate clients in a single email.
Jack Dow, Founder & CEO at Grapevine, said: “Grapevine’s mission is to empower TMCs to increase hotel attachment rates and capture new high-margin ancillary sales, and we’re excited to be working with the Gant Travel team to deliver on this.
“Patrick and the team immediately understood the potential of our technology when we first met. As a client focused TMC, they have a proactive approach to delivering value to their clients and a willingness to try out new technologies, so we can’t wait to get to work.”
Patrick Linnihan, President and CEO of Gant Travel, added: “We are dedicated to providing a personalised, total-trip retailing experience to travellers and Grapevine’s technology is perfectly aligned to this mission.”
