Swedish travel and events agency, Resia, which was acquired by Navan (then TripActions) in March 2022, is joining Reed & Mackay.
Gothenburg-based Resia will join the Reed & Mackay family with a full rebrand planned later this year.
Reed & Mackay said the move further strengthens its position in Europe following its acquisition of Spain-based Atlanta last year.
Reed & Mackay’s European footprint now covers the UK, France, Germany, Spain, Netherlands and Sweden.
