Global survey on neurodivergent business travellers

Travel and meetings supplier consultancy temoji is undertaking a large-scale global survey focused on the needs of neurodivergent business travellers.

It hopes to collect the views and experiences of at least 1,000 neurodivergent business travellers to understand better “the pain points, needs and required adaptations needed to create a more frictionless travel experience for this community”.

Spearheaded by Ian Jones, the findings will be published in a White Paper and will be reported by The Business Travel Magazine.

The publication will be timed to take place at the GBTA Europe Convention in Hamburg in November 2025.

Jones said: “Neurodivergence is very close to my heart; my son is on the autistic spectrum, and I have dyslexia and ADHD.

“I want to use our unique platform at temoji to support business travellers within this community and highlight some of the challenges they face, and drive debate around the solutions that could be implemented to create a more frictionless journey for neurodivergent travellers. I hope this project will mark a significant step on that journey.”

Paul Tilstone, founder of temoji, added: “By undertaking this ambitious project, I hope that Ian and the team will be able to enlighten the wider supplier community on where changes, adaptations and greater thought need to be given to this important community.”
