Travel buyers and suppliers are being urged to take part in a GBTA survey on ground transport, which remains one of the largest yet least structured categories in many managed travel programmes.
The survey aims to better understand the current maturity of ground transportation programmes across the industry and the biggest challenges faced by travel buyers and suppliers.
It will also help to determine where organisations are focusing their efforts and what tools, guidance and best practices would deliver the greatest value.
The results will directly inform the strategy of the GBTA’s Transportation Committee over the coming year, including the development of practical frameworks, guidance and toolkits designed to help organisations strengthen their ground transportation programmes.
