Focus Travel Partnership appoints new Board Director

Focus Travel Partnership has appointed Clare Collins, co-owner and Managing Director Corporate Travel at CT Travel Group, to its Board of Directors.

In this new role, Collins will “leverage her deep industry expertise and work closely with the existing Focus Board to guide the strategic direction of Focus Travel Partnership”.

Former United Airlines stalwart, Bob Schumacher, recently joined Focus as Non-Executive Chair and James Parkhouse, former CEO of Agiito, has become a Non-Executive Director.

Mick Gibbs, the retired Chairman/CEO of Norad Travel Group and now Managing Director of MRG Consulting Services, and Nick Scott, Managing Director of arrangeMy, have both stepped away from their roles with the Focus Board.

Schumacher said: Clare will be an invaluable asset as we continue to achieve our business goals and navigate the exciting opportunities ahead for the whole Partnership.

“Clare’s appointment reflects our commitment to advocating for the next generation of leaders and our ongoing objectives of driving growth, innovation, and service excellence.”

Collins added: “I look forward to representing the next generation and working closely with like-minded industry experts to guide the strategic direction of Focus, exploring innovative solutions to propel the business travel landscape forward.”
