Flying Butler Apartments is continuing to enhance its footprint in London with the launch of two new serviced-apartment properties.
Both buildings will be open for bookings this month, forming part of Flying Butler Apartments’ portfolio growth strategy of 120 new units in 2022.
“The addition of these two serviced apartment buildings is another exciting step forward in growing Flying Butler Apartments’ portfolio and brand presence in London and across England,” said Dominic Sherry, CEO, Flying Butler Apartments.
“We are continuing to create a network of spacious, home-away from home, elegantly designed accommodation solutions across the key business and leisure hubs in the country.”
Flying Butler Kensington is set within a Victorian townhouse, located in a quiet residential street in the heart of Kensington.
Some of its one and two-bedroom apartments come with private outside space.
The second property is in Canning Town, an area which has benefitted from a £3.7 billion regeneration project in recent years.
All one, two and three-bedroom apartments offer private balcony space and the penthouse suite boasts a substantial terrace with panoramic city views.
Amenities also include a lift for higher floors, bike racks for guests and an underground car park.
